Cheat Sheets to Navigate Through HRP Grants
Welcome to the Human Research Program (HRP) grant guides webpage. This site is meant to assist principal investigators and teams from HRP elements through the grant lifecycle process. To this end, the documents below include training sheets to help navigate the grant lifecycle landscape, assist the completion of milestone tasks, and enable the research procurement process.
To start, the cross functional infographic provides an overview of where specific tasks and milestones fall and how the work contributes to business goals in real-time. The infographic shows the end-to-end phased process for a research procurement as it advances through the grant lifecycle phases, including pre-award, award, post-award, and closeout.
The other guides provide training for specific topics. The training sheets are for a combined audience while the Data Management Integration Office (DMIO) gathers and refines content. The Directed Task training sheet for the elements will be available soon. Links to authoritative documents, such as the HRP Data Management Plan, aren’t accessible to users without JSC internal network access. For questions and feedback, email DMIO here.
SAMHSA periodically presents live webinar trainings in coordination with NIH eRA for applicants and grant recipients. Live trainings are announced on this page and related pages within the SAMHSA grants website. Grantees are notified via email and webinar presentations are posted, as are guidance materials such as videos and reference sheets.
The following reference materials and videos provide guidance for applicants and grantees:
